A considerable length of the wall between Mayfield House and the road fell early on Dec. 22nd. Friend Davy O'Connor viewing the scene. Still more of the fallen wall was behind the photographer!
The scene, with a good view now of the former Malcomson mansion, attracted many sightseers including Peter Griffin Jnr. and his young daughter. (with permission).
