KILLALOAN CHURCH & CEMETERY

The building (Church of Ireland/Anglican) is now long-defunct. The cemetery has a number of interesting items from the past, including what appears to be scant remains of a pre-Reformation church.  Lots of Bluebells in the area just now!

Location: next entrance (a tree-lined avenue) apast Kilheffernan roundabout, before Magners, on Carrick to Clonmel road.

Apart from the chancel floor tiles, there is nothing else of interest within the ruins, except a memorial on the east wall, now almost completely covered in ivy. In the past, I managed to transcribe the wording on it, which is now somewhere on my Flickr site (address under masthead above).
